Lyndhurst Staff

Patricia A. Castle MS, PT, is currently the Physical Therapy Consultant for the New York Giants. Patricia graduated from Kean University/UMDNJ with a Bachelors in Physical Therapy in 1989 and later earned her Masters of Science in Physical Therapy from Long Island University.

Alex A. Bua DPT, OCS, CSCS, has been a licensed physical therapist in the State of New Jersey since 1998. With over nine years experience in orthopedics, he has currently been certified by the American Physical Therapy Association, as an Orthopedic Clinical Specialist (OCS), Alex is also a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSC) and has recently completed his doctoral degree at the University of Medicine & Dentistry of NJ.

Kim Cipriano, DPT, graduated summa cum laude from Seton Hall University with a B.S. in Biology in 2001. She attained her Doctorate in Physical Therapy from UMDNJ in 2003. Kim has been a clinician at Optimum Orthopedics since July 2003.  She is currently pursuing a certification in manual therapy. She also works in a school-based pediatric setting.

Michael R. Dunne, DPT, ATC, CES, PES is a graduate from The University of the Sciences in Philadelphia with a Master of Physical Therapy and received his Doctorate of Physical Therapy from The University of Scranton. He has been certified by the National Athletic Training Association Board of Certification as an Athletic Trainer (ATC).  Mike is an associate Athletic Trainer/ Physical Therapist with the New York Football Giants. He has accrued experience working with high school, college, and professional athletes. Mike is also certified by the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM) as a Corrective Exercise Specialist (CES) and a Performance Enhancement Specialist (PES).

Seena Philip, MPT graduated from the University of Notre Dame in 1995 with a Bachelor’s in Science. She attained her Master’s in Physical Therapy at Midwestern University in 1998. Since then, she has worked in a variety of settings ranging from acute care hospitals, a rehabilitation center for those afflicted with traumatic brain injuries, as well as outpatient orthopedic clinics. Seena joined Optimum Orthopedics in June 2008. Utilizing a one-on-one approach with evaluation and treatment, Seena is able to design individualized programs to effectively treat patients in an effort to achieve and optimize their personal goals.
 

Montclair Staff

Michael Q. Cerullo MS, PT, CSCS, is a graduate of the University of Pennsylvania with a degree in Biological Basis of Behavior. He received his Masters of Science in Physical Therapy from New York Medical College and is a Certified Strength & Conditioning Specialist.

Kevin M. Duffus MS, PT, CertMDT, graduated from D’Youville College in Buffalo, New York with a BS/MS in Physical Therapy in 1992. Kevin is a certified McKenzie Spine therapist from the McKenzie Institute USA. He is now pursuing a Doctor of Physical Therapy degree at UMDNJ.

Lynn Simon OTR, CHT is a Registered Occupational Therapist as well as a Certified Hand Therapist. Lynn graduated from Tufts University with a BS in Occupational Therapy and received a Masters of Public Administration from New York University .Lynn became a Certified Hand Therapist in 1996.

Brian Stinton, DPT has been a member of the Optimum staff for over 4 years.  He is a 1999 graduate of Quinnipiac College with a Bachelor’s degree is Physical Therapy.  He recently received his Doctorate in Physical Therapy from the University of Medicine & Dentistry of New Jersey.  He is also a Mckenzie Certified therapist specializing in treatment of the spine.

Kristen M. Theresa, DPT is the newest member of our staff, having graduated from Duke University in 2008 with her Doctor of Physical Therapy degree. She has had a case study published in the Journal of Orthopedic and Sports Physical Therapy in December 2008 and is currently participating in courses from the McKenzie Institute USA in order to become a certified McKenzie therapist.

Jennifer Raspanti BS, is a graduate of Montclair State University with a Bachelor of Science in Physical Education specializing in Athletic Training. She has over 15 years experience in Medical Management and all aspects of Insurance billing.
